Refund and Returns Policy
At SPL Mart, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our home decor products. As a direct manufacturer, we ensure every piece meets our high standards before it reaches your home. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Guidelines
- Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Packaging: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Custom-made or bespoke manufactured pieces specifically requested by the customer.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper assembly.
3. Damages & Manufacturing Defects
We stand by our work. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
- Report Issue: Email splmartindia@gmail.com with your order number.
- Evidence: Please include clear photos of the defect and the external packaging.
- Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refunds & Coupons
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Payment Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Coupon Usage: If a coupon was used (available only during sale events), the refund will reflect the actual amount paid at the time of purchase. Coupons cannot be reused or reinstated.
- No Gift Cards/Apps: SPL Mart does not sell gift cards or operate through a mobile app. All transactions and refunds are handled exclusively through our official website.
5. Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: For standard returns not involving damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, SPL Mart will cover all shipping expenses.
