Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SPL Mart. As a direct manufacturer of home decor, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.

1. Order Processing & Production

Because we manufacture our own products, orders are processed as follows:

  • In-Stock Items: Usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Some specialty decor pieces may require a production lead time of 5–7 business days before shipping.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: (If available) Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • As we do not have a mobile app, all tracking updates will be sent via email or can be checked directly on our website.

4. Damaged Shipments

SPL Mart is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Take clear photos of the damage and contact us immediately at splmartindia@gmail.com.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per our [Refund Policy].

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SPL Mart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to our factory due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
