  • Variations: Because we manufacture our own goods, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur between batches. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the design or specifications of our products at any time without notice to improve quality or aesthetic.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • Sale Events & Coupons: We may offer coupons exclusively during specific sale events. These coupons are valid only for the duration of the sale and cannot be applied to previous orders or outside the sale window.
  • No Gift Cards: We do not sell or accept gift cards. All payments must be made via our approved payment gateways at checkout.

4. Shipping and Production

  • Direct from Factory: Since we are manufacturers, some items may have a “Production Lead Time” before shipping. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Delivery: Once an item leaves our facility, delivery times are subject to the carrier. SPL Mart is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners but will assist in tracking and resolving issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of SPL Mart. As a manufacturer, our designs are proprietary. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our products without express written permission.

6. Third-Party Links & Platforms

  • No Official App: SPL Mart does not have an official mobile application. Please ensure you are shopping only on our official website.
  • Third-Party Tools: We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like shipping trackers) which we neither monitor nor have any control over.

7. Limitation of Liability

SPL Mart shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products, including but not limited to, improper installation or assembly of decor items in your home.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
